We are constantly labeling things in this world. Everything has a label. With foods you have protein and carbs. You have fruits and vegetables. they ytalk about natural sugars and synthetic sugars. We are that way with everything that we do. We label things.

In the political world that we have here in the US, we are labeled. You are either a republican or democrat. Liberal or conservative. If you consider yourself an independant, most people thuink you are strange. We are for the most part a two party system.

Those labels are good if it weren't for the most part wrong. I'm a conservative republican. My wife is a conservative democrat. Where is the logic in that. We are told every day that all dems. are liberal, and all republicans are conservative. They say there are moderates, but what exactly is a moderate. That is what they call a conservative democrat. Or a liberal republican. Labels can be contradictory of truth that lies within.

Like take my name of this blog. Most of you have constantly carried on like as if I'm diehard republican. I am, but not in the way you think. I'm appaled at the way this party is heading. I'm angry at the way the dems. handle themselves, but I'm also angry at the way the republicans have been acting as well. While I do agree with this war, and I don't have much of a problem with most of Bush's policies, I have sat back and seen how others have manipulated the system.

But you might say that the dems are better. Do you know who the riches member of the US senate is. JOHN KERRY. I'm not bashing him, just making a point. He says the republicans are for the rich, he is one of the richest. Tom Delay is making a mockery of this party, but Hillary is showing everyday she will do anything to be back at the White House, even if it means going against everything she believes. But who in the republicans can we say are much better. Jeb Bush lies through his teeth and sways with the wind. We kicked Buchanan out, thank God. The only one I truly like in 2008 is a man that might not even run. Mayor Rudolff Guilianni. He has done alot wrong, but at least he has admmitted his mistakes.

My point in this is that in this Grand Old Party, we, the little people, are disappointed at the leadership at the top. But we still believe in the reason we became republicans.

The greed is getting bad, but that greed is in both parties. Just one is more visible. The other tries to hide behind a veil of liberalism.

Deby D-----She is worth respect. She is able to bring her veiws to the table intelligently. I re3spect you.

A.M.S.--------A sweet 16 year old that is way older than she is. I repect young intelect. You have a gfood head on you. Don't let anyone tear you down.

To all of those that I have not mentioned. I repect that your veiws are different than mine, but I do not repect the way you bring them out.

I would like to know why, if I'm the one that is closed mind, that I'm attacked the way I am? If you disagree, you don't have to attack, and call me names. Attacking my wonderfull wife. Calling her a bully the other day just sent me through the roof. I had to settle down a little before I could write this.

She is not a bully. She feels strong in her faith, as I do. She is very open to other veiws, although it will not change her mind. Not changing ones mind does not make her closed. It is those of you that feel you have to bash everthing she writes.

Contrary to those that thinks she is me in another form, she very much is real. So is my three kids. I do have another blog, but I won't even let her know which it is, cause on that one I can post without yall slammin me for everthing I say. That is unpolitical and is for anything that might come to my mind.

That all said, I will continue to post on this one. But, Any comments that are put on here that is just commenting to bash me, while I will not delete them, I will no longer answer them. If you have differing veiws, and can bring them across without demeanning my wife or Me, then I will reply to those comments.

Thankyou and I do apolize to those that have not resorte3d to bashing. That only shows that you can't beat me by facts, so let's insult.

We are fixing to gear up for another round of elections. We have senators and governers and congressmen to vote on. Not to mention all the local offices.

Just want to remind people that it is our duty to vote who we think will do the best job, not who is a member of our party. I have even voted for democrats. There are alot of good ones out there. So How about putting politcal parties aside this election and just vote for the one that will do the job we want them to do, wheather they are dems or gops.

Why do they say that the republicans are the ones that are closed minded? Why do people bash us the way they do? I appreciate others point of view, whether they are right or wrong. My problem is the people that tell me That I have to be more tolerant, more liberal thinking, but they are the ones that bash me.

I believe that I started my blogging carreer with a posting about who to blame for the problems in New orleans. People didnot want to hear it. They seem content to shift the blame on the president for the malfunctions. They called him racist for his troubles. They paint a picture of the president sitting in his house going,------OK, there is mostly blacks there? Let's hold of and see how many will die before we go in. This will be funny. I don't think race or anything else was on any of the politicians minds when this disaster happened.

But I'm called closed minded for this. One blogger has mentioned that he detests bullying so much, that he is going to "zap" anyone that does it on this forum.-----Well the problem with that is that all I have read him do is slam anyone that does not have his view and call them bullyies when they try to convey their reasons for it. That is what this thing right here is for.

I actually do have an opened mind, and it is a free mind. Just because I serve Jesus does not make me a slave. Actually, it frees me from alot of stuff that i use to do. I was once on drugs. Was a drinker. Ran around and a lot of other things that I was a "slave" to,but jesus actually set me free from all that.

I've been clean now for 9 years thanks to Jesus. That does not make me is slave. That makes me want to serve him with every fiber of my being. I serve him willingly because I love him, not out of having to. God says he wants willing followers.

I would like to know the answer to these questions. You call us intolerant, but you get made when we don't share the same feelings.
